Every message a family gets, automatic or on purpose.
Tuesday, 1:50 PM. It has rained all morning, the 2 PM slot has 19 open spots, and you want every opted-in family to know in the next ten minutes. You write one text in the admin, send it to the marketing list, and watch the bookings come in. No separate email tool, no exported CSV, no guessing who already got a reminder this week. The same system that holds the bookings holds the messages.
Automatic notifications
Booking confirmation, 24-hour reminder, waiver request, party deposit and balance, and membership renewal all go out on their own, by email and SMS. Each message has editable text with merge fields, so the reminder says the child's name, the session time and the waiver status rather than a generic "your booking is tomorrow." Change the wording once and every future family gets your version.
Email and SMS broadcasts
Campaigns go to your marketing opt-ins, the families who said yes to hearing from you. While a send runs you see its status, with sent and failed counts as it goes. If a send stalls partway through, you resume it from where it stopped instead of starting over and double-texting half your list.
Test audience
Send any campaign to yourself and one staff member first. Check how the text reads on an actual phone, fix the line that got cut off, then send to the full opt-in list. The test send and the real send are the same campaign, so what you approved is what families receive.
Send log and suppressions
The send log shows what went out, to whom, and when, so "did you get my message?" has an answer you can look up. When a contact bounces, they land on the suppression list instead of failing silently on every send; once they give you a working address or number, you unblock them in one tap.
Win-back texts
Families who have not booked in a while automatically get a one-time $5-off code by SMS, with an expiry date. Every code is single-use and tracked, so you can see which lapsed families came back and what the campaign cost you. It runs whether or not anyone remembers to check the lapsed list.
Emergency text to everyone on site
One button texts every parent whose child is currently checked in. It uses the same on-site list the front desk sees, so it reaches the families in the building right now, not your whole customer list. See booking & check-in for how the on-site board works.
Leads
Contact and franchise inquiries from the site land in one inbox with a status, a reply box and an export. When a lead has waited more than a day, you get an alert, so a franchise question from last week does not sit unanswered while the weekend rush takes over.
Content
Home banners, blog posts, events, FAQs and the media library are all edited in the admin and live on the site immediately. The rainy-Tuesday banner goes up when you publish it, not when a developer gets to it, and it comes down the same way.
