Memberships, visit packs and gift cards that stay in sync with your prices.
A family on a membership books a visit. At check-in, they add a sibling, and staff see the right price without doing math at the desk. The member's rate has not changed, even though the drop-in price went up last month. Their plan, sibling rate and remaining visits belong to the same family account. Staff can check them in and get back to the room, rather than asking the owner which price to charge.
Membership plans
Set up multiple plans with sibling rates, visits per period and commitments that match how families use your space. A family visiting twice a week can choose a different allowance from one coming once a week, with the sibling price attached to the plan. Founding-member price locks keep the rate you promised early members in place, rather than requiring staff to remember who joined before a price change.
Membership agreement
Edit the legal wording of your membership agreement to reflect your venue's terms, while plan names and prices are pulled directly from pricing. When you update a published plan, those details stay in sync instead of leaving an old amount in the agreement. You manage the wording you want families to read without separately retyping each plan's name and price whenever your membership offer changes.
Visit packs and credits
Offer 5- and 10-visit packs that never expire for families who want repeat visits without a recurring membership commitment. Credits are redeemed automatically when a family books online or when staff book at the desk. The same pack works in either place, so a parent does not need to bring a paper punch card or ask staff to look up a separate record before each visit.
Gift cards
Sell gift cards as session bundles or a custom amount, so the purchaser can give a specific visit option or choose how much to spend. The gift card is emailed instantly rather than waiting for someone at the desk to prepare and send it. A balance check page gives the recipient somewhere to check what remains, without calling your venue just to ask whether there is credit left.
Pricing editor
Change a price in the pricing editor and it syncs to Stripe, keeping the amount you publish connected to the payment setup. Existing members keep their rate until they resubscribe, so raising a drop-in price does not rewrite the rate of a family already on a membership. You can update today's offer while honoring the membership prices already in use, including your founding-member locks.
Payments
Take payments through online checkout, a card on file, cash or a Stripe reader at the desk, with all methods recorded in one ledger. A family booking ahead and a walk-in paying in person do not need separate payment records for you to review. When you check the day's money, you can see the payments together rather than treating cash and the reader as a different business from online bookings.
Misc purchases
Ring up snacks, socks and add-ons to the family, so those small desk purchases stay attached to the people buying them. Staff can take cash or charge the card on file without asking a parent to enter their card again for a pair of socks. The purchase joins the same payment ledger, keeping the extra items you sell during a visit alongside the rest of your payments.
Promo codes
Create single-use or limited-use percentage discounts that work at any checkout, rather than keeping a separate offer for each purchase type. A friend-referral code can give 50% off, while a giveaway code can cover 100% of the checkout. Set the use limit to match the offer you made, so a one-time giveaway and a limited promotion do not need to share the same rules.
Influencer and referral codes
Give a partnership a reusable code and track its uses, discounts given and revenue driven in admin. Those figures let you compare what each code brought in with the discount it cost, rather than judging a partnership only by how often the code appeared. Keep the results per code so you can see which referral or influencer offer actually paid before deciding whether to run it again.
Abandoned checkout recovery
Anyone who starts checkout and does not pay gets an automatic resume link within 24 hours, giving them a way back to the purchase they left unfinished. Admin shows started versus completed checkouts and recovered revenue, so you can see both the gap and what the follow-up brought back. You do not need to send each reminder yourself or count every unfinished checkout as a sale.
