Fun & Focus is a play cafe in Cumming, Georgia where kids get supervised play while parents work in the cowork lounge or play alongside them. Two pass types, memberships, visit packs, weekend birthday parties, themed events, walk-ins.
No booking tool on the market handled that combination: a rolling schedule with 15-minute starts, live capacity, a cowork pass and a parent pass at different prices, sibling rates, waivers tied to each child, and a front desk that could see all of it. So the founders built one, and have run the playhouse on it every weekday since.
That is what you are buying: the same website, family app and admin, white-labeled for your business, with the rough edges already found by real parents and real Saturday parties.
Questions owners ask before switching
Does this replace my website, booking tool and waiver app?
Yes, that is the point of it. The public website, the family app, party booking, waivers, memberships, check-in and reporting are one system, so a parent who books online is already on the door list with a signed waiver. Most venues switch off a website builder, a booking tool, a waiver app and a spreadsheet when they go live.
Does it run my cafe?
It rings up snacks, socks and add-ons to a family account, paid by cash, card on file or the Stripe reader at the desk. It is not a restaurant point of sale with a kitchen screen; if you run a full kitchen, keep your cafe POS and use this for everything else.
What happens when I open a second location?
Talk to us before you open it. The second venue joins the same system with head-office controls, shared memberships and group reporting switched on, and we quote the group price and the implementation for the new site together.
Do you help me get set up?
Yes, for every location. Implementation includes building your website content, sessions, party packages, memberships and waivers with you, connecting Stripe and any card reader, migrating data from your old tools and training staff, plus support on launch day.
Do I need to buy new hardware?
The front desk runs on an iPad you may already own, including the phone line. A Stripe card reader for in-person payments and a sticker printer are optional and quoted with your implementation.
Do I have to move my website?
The system is your website: home, pricing, parties, events, gift cards and blog all run on it, on your own domain. If you have a site you love, we can point booking, parties and gift cards at it during implementation and migrate the rest later.
